In honor of National Small Business Week, Xendoo and the Better Business Bureau are teaming up to celebrate the people powering our communities — small business owners.

Here’s How It Works:

  • Follow @xendooaccounting on Instagram
  • Tag your favorite small business owner in the comments of our giveaway post
  • Each tag = one entry to win a $250 Amazon gift card

 Two winners will be selected!

The businesses you tag will have the opportunity to receive a Xendoo gift box filled with swag and practical resources to help small business owners thrive. It includes a copy of Small Business Defined by CEO Lil Roberts and content strategist Hanna Wancier, along with easy steps to list their business on Better Business Bureau.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Sponsor


     This Giveaway is sponsored by Xendoo, Inc., 6700 N. Andrews Ave, Suite 300, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, in partnership with the Better Business Bureau Serving Southeast Florida and the Caribbean (“BBBSEFL”).

  2. Eligibility

    The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Xendoo or BBBSEFL, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses), and persons living in the same household of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win.

  3. Giveaway Period


     The Giveaway begins on May 4, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. EST and ends on May 8, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. EST (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

  4. How to Enter


     To enter:
     a) Follow both @xendooaccounting and @bbbsefl on Instagram
     b) Like the official Giveaway post on @xendooaccounting’s Instagram feed
     c) Tag a small business in the comments of the post (each unique tag = one entry)

No limit on entries; however, each tag must be a unique business to qualify.

  1. Prizes


     Two (2) entrants (the “Taggers”) will each receive one (1) $250 Amazon gift card.
     Each of the two (2) tagged businesses (nominated by the winners) will be eligible to receive one (1) Xendoo gift box, which includes:
     • A copy of Small Business, Defined by Lil Roberts and Hanna Wancier
     • Xendoo-branded merchandise (swag)
     • Printed resources to help small business owners thrive
     • Easy steps to list their business on Better Business Bureau South Florida

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize:
 • Amazon gift card – $250 each
 • Gift box – estimated value $75 each

  1. Winner Selection and Notification


     Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries and announced on Monday, May 12, 2025, via @xendooaccounting’s Instagram. Winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.

  2. Prize Conditions


     No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash or replaced with an item of equal value. Winners are responsible for all taxes associated with prize receipt and/or use. The tagged business does not need to follow or interact on Instagram to receive the gift box if nominated by a winning tagger.

  3. Publicity


     By entering, participants agree to allow Xendoo and BBBSEFL to share their names and the names of the nominated businesses on social media and marketing platforms in relation to the Giveaway.

  4. Release


     By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Xendoo, BBBSEFL, Instagram, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

  5. Instagram Disclaimer


     This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants release Instagram of any responsibility and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.

  6. Privacy


     Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administering this Giveaway and in accordance with Xendoo’s Privacy Policy.
