Neisha serves as Accounting Manager at Xendoo, where she leads accounting operations and manages a team of 24 accountants. She is responsible for overseeing day-to-day delivery, maintaining accuracy and consistency across accounts, and ensuring teams operate efficiently while meeting Xendoo’s standards for quality and timeliness.
With 20 years of experience in accounting and financial operations, Neisha brings deep leadership and technical expertise to her role. She has held controller-level positions across construction, aviation, and real estate development and management, giving her a broad perspective on complex financial environments. Her background includes managing multi-entity accounting, supervising teams at scale, and supporting businesses through growth and operational change.
Neisha’s areas of expertise include accounting operations and team leadership, with a focus on process discipline, clear oversight, and dependable financial reporting. She is known for building strong teams and maintaining high standards while supporting efficiency and collaboration across the organization.
Neisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, as well as cooking and baking.
