Thomas J. Packert serves as Chief Technology Officer at Xendoo, where he leads the technology, infrastructure, security, and data platforms that power the company’s core services. He is responsible for building scalable, secure, and reliable systems that support Xendoo’s growth, regulatory requirements, and long-term customer success.
Tom brings more than 40 years of experience as a senior technology leader, with deep expertise spanning software development, cloud architecture, infrastructure, and IT operations. His career includes leadership roles as CTO, senior DevOps engineer, system administrator, and database architect across multiple industries. He has successfully guided organizations through the transition from on-premise environments to modern cloud platforms, including AWS, Snowflake, and Google Workspace, while maintaining operational stability and security.
Known for building disciplined and well-documented technology organizations, Tom specializes in cloud architecture, DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, data analytics platforms, and security and compliance frameworks. His work includes leading SOC 2 compliance initiatives and implementing enterprise-grade data warehouses using Snowflake, dbt, and Fivetran. He is recognized for his pragmatic approach to technology leadership, emphasizing automation, process integrity, and systems that scale with the business.
In addition to his role at Xendoo, Tom serves on the Florida International University Industry Advisory Board, contributing his expertise to the next generation of technology professionals.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys mentoring, cooking, and continuous learning. He lives in Florida with his wife and four children.
