His career includes advising closely held businesses and individuals, supporting high-stakes financial reviews, and leading complex tax and investigative engagements across a wide range of industries.
His areas of expertise include business and individual taxation, forensic accounting, and financial investigations. Louis has played key roles in major initiatives, including serving on the due diligence team during the sale of the Miami Dolphins to Stephen Ross in 2008. He has also authored published articles on forensic accounting and fraud, contributing to professional education and industry dialogue.
