Jada Williamson serves as Onboarding Manager at Xendoo, acting as the central point of alignment between clients and internal teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience. She plays a key role in setting clients up for long-term success by coordinating across departments and establishing clear expectations from the start of the relationship.

Jada brings more than five years of experience in customer success, with a background in both client-facing and leadership roles. Since 2019, she has worked directly with customers while leading teams and managing operations, giving her a strong understanding of how service delivery, communication, and process work together. Her experience in retail management and real estate provides valuable perspective into client needs, operational decision-making, and financial considerations across different industries.

Her areas of expertise include customer success and client experience, onboarding strategy, financial operations, and cross-functional alignment. She is known for her ability to bridge customer relationships with internal execution, ensuring clients receive clear guidance, reliable support, and a smooth transition into Xendoo’s services.

Jada holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, is a licensed real estate agent, and is Xero certified.
