Xendoo Year-End Promotion Terms & Conditions

This promotion includes two components:

• A free review of your books, and
• A $500 discount on three (3) or more months of catch-up bookkeeping.

Both components are available only to new Xendoo customers and are governed by the terms below.

1. Free Review of Your Books

Eligibility

• Offer valid only for new Xendoo businesses who have not previously enrolled in any Xendoo service.
• Customers must complete the promotional sign-up form through the designated link during the promotion period.
• Limit one free review per business.

Details of the Free Review

The free review includes an assessment of the customer’s current bookkeeping status, outstanding reconciliations, transaction volume, P&L and Balance Sheet review.

The free review does not include:

• Completing reconciliations
• Categorizing transactions
• Delivering financial statements
• Performing tax preparation or tax planning
• Actively working in your books

The review is informational only and provided solely to evaluate the bookkeeping services the business may need.

Promotion Period

Offer is valid beginning January 13, 2026, at 9:00 AM ET and ends on January 30, 2026, at 11:59 ET.

Submissions made outside this promotional period do not qualify.

Redemption

Xendoo will contact eligible customers within a reasonable timeframe to complete the review.
The free review has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or applied as a credit.

2. $500 Off Catch-Up Bookkeeping

Eligibility

• Offer valid only for new Xendoo businesses.
• Customer must purchase a minimum of three (3) consecutive months of catch-up bookkeeping services to qualify.
• Limit one discount per business.

Discount

Eligible customers will receive a $500 discount applied to the total purchase of three (3) or more months of catch-up bookkeeping.
Discount will be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.

Promotion Period

Offer is valid beginning January 13, 2026, at 9:00 AM ET and ends on January 30, 2026, at 11:59 ET.

Submissions made outside this promotional period do not qualify.

Payment & Redemption

Payment for three (3) or more months of catch-up bookkeeping must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Services must be scheduled and completed in accordance with the customer’s Xendoo service agreement.

Exclusions

Offer does not apply to:

• Standard monthly bookkeeping
• Tax preparation
• Tax advisory
• Any accounting services outside of catch-up bookkeeping
• Existing balances, previous invoices, or prior service engagements are not eligible.
