Our team of expert bookkeepers and CPAs provide bookkeeping and accounting services to small business customers that don’t want to spend their time doing their books. That’s where we come in. Xendoo helps business owners get back to doing what they love – running their business – and helps them get out of the things they don’t – bookkeeping.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be interacting with small business owners across various industries. You’ll support our expert bookkeepers and CPAs by providing exceptional support to our customers. You’ll also have the opportunity to help small business owners accelerate their business success by providing insight into their financials. You’ll support core functions of Xendoo including Customer Experience and Sales.

You’ll be challenged with:

  • Work diligently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction with our existing small business owner customers. Assist operations and bookkeeping team with customer engagement, including but not limited to: training, escalated support requests, and platform support.
  • Assist Xendoo Sales function by handling inbound and outbound sales calls, conducting preliminary sales consultations and following up with leads received through other channels such as Partnership opportunities. This is not a call center position and your outbound sales calls will be limited to business owners that have already expressed interest in working with Xendoo.
  • Assist Customer Experience function by following up with all new Xendoo customers that have signed up both on their own or through a sales consultation. Follow-ups will include emails, calls, Zoom meetings, as appropriate.
  • Drive interested small business owners to follow through with Xendoo account registration – by providing exceptional customer support, resources and tools to help businesses onboard to completion.
  • Support Xendoo onboarding team by preparing adequate documentation of customer business needs and providing information prior to customer onboarding calls.
