Dr. John Wensveen

Dr. John Wensveen is a global executive, entrepreneur, author, and strategic leader with more than 25 years of international experience spanning corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, emerging technologies, higher education, aviation, aerospace, and the global space economy.

He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Xendoo, a technology-enabled accounting, bookkeeping, tax, and financial services company headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with international operations. He oversees company-wide operations, organizational scalability, and strategic growth initiatives, bringing extensive cross-industry leadership experience and an entrepreneurial approach to operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Previously, Dr. Wensveen served as President of the International Space University in Strasbourg, France; Provost and Senior Vice President at Broward College; and Chief Innovation Officer at Nova Southeastern University, where he was also the founding Executive Director of the Alan B. Levan | NSU Broward Center of Innovation. His career also includes executive leadership positions at Miami Dade College and Purdue University.

His corporate and industry experience includes serving as a founding team member and Vice President of International Affairs at MAXjet Airways, as well as holding senior executive positions with Mango Aviation Partners and Radixx International. These roles encompassed international operations, business development, airline startups, strategic planning, and organizational transformation. An entrepreneur and international business advisor, he also founded Airline Visions, LLC, advising organizations and investors on venture development, strategic growth, and capital investment.

An accomplished author, TEDx speaker, and internationally recognized industry expert, Dr. Wensveen has participated in more than 1,000 media interviews and published extensively on aviation, innovation, emerging technologies, and the space economy.
