National Small Business Week Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

The National Small Business Week Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by
Xendoo, Inc.

6700 N. Andrews Ave, Suite 300, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309
(“Sponsor”).

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are
18 years of age or older
at the time of entry and who own or operate a small business based in the United States.

Both
current Xendoo customers and prospective customers
are eligible to enter.

Employees of Xendoo are not eligible to participate.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

The Giveaway begins on
May 4 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time
and ends on
May 8 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time
(“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

1. How to Enter

Participants may enter by completing the official entry form on the designated campaign landing page during the Giveaway Period.

Entrants will be required to submit basic business information including name, business name, email address.

Limit
one (1) entry per business
during the Giveaway Period.

Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted through automated means may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s discretion.

One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:

• $150 Amazon Gift Card

• Small Business Defined Book

• Customer spotlight feature across Xendoo marketing channels

The approximate retail value of the prize will vary depending on the bookkeeping plan selected.

The prize is
non-transferable
, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be substituted except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

1. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected through a
random drawing
from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will occur within
five (5) business days
following the end of the Giveaway Period.

The selected winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry.

If the winner does not respond within
48 hours
, or is determined to be ineligible, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Xendoo to use their name, business name, and business story for promotional purposes, including participation in a customer spotlight, without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.

1. Data and Privacy

Information submitted with an entry will be subject to Xendoo’s Privacy Policy and may be used for marketing communications related to Xendoo services. Participants may opt out of communications at any time.

1. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions.

Sponsor’s decisions are final.

1. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Xendoo, Inc., its affiliates, employees, and partners from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the
State of Florida
, without regard to conflict of law principles.
